Our Story

Where we came from, and where we are going.

Presidential Staffing Solutions was founded in 2011 by Michele Nicole Cox, who grew up in a family that valued care and service. Her grandmother was the first African American Director of Nursing at a Louisiana state facility. Michele carried that legacy into a nursing career and a Master's in Nursing.

She spent years staffing military entities across the country, rising to Director of Nursing and traveling to bases nationwide to keep policies and standards running smoothly. She saw a better way to do staffing - and Presidential Staffing Solutions was born. Today we bring that same discipline, and modern technology, to every client we serve.
